Cityscape Global in Dubai: Take a look inside a new Dh12.5m One Palm apartment - in pictures
Dubai's new One Palm development is now the tallest private residence on the Palm Jumeirah
If you've been cramming your dirhams in the piggy bank for a shot at owning one of Dubai's most luxurious new apartments, it's time to get out the hammer.
Though you'll also want to double check your piggy bank is the size of a house - or simply capable of holding a few million dirhams.
One Palm, long touted as Dubai's "most luxurious" residential projects, is in its final stages of construction.
In a city that deals almost exclusively in lavish and luxurious, this is seemingly a bold call. But with a location on the eastern tip of the Palm Jumeirah’s trunk, One Palm has got the address, views and international architectural star power behind it to back that claim up.
It also has the price tag. A three-bedroom apartment in One Palm starts around Dh12.5m.
With the first images of a completed three-bed apartment just released, we're finally offered a glimpse at what the rich and famous can look forward to.
Ahead of Cityscape, the project's developer announced that the building of the tower's exterior had been completed ahead of schedule - making it the tallest residential building in one of Dubai's most sought-after post codes.
Each of the 90 units offer sweeping views over Dubai Marina's skyline and the Arabian Gulf, with the complex including three, four and five-bedroom residences - and three triplex penthouses.
The project was designed by the New York-based architect Soma, with a choice for buyers of interiors designed by either Japanese firm Super Potato, London-based luxury design studio Elicyon, famed for its involvement in the One Hyde Park building.

The One Palm Clubhouse will include a fine-dining restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor cinema, outdoor cinema and BBQ area, residents lounge, children's pool and playroom and a luxury spa. A private jetty will allow residents to conveniently dock their yachts.
But even all of that isn't enough for some prospective buyers. Some need to personalise their penthouse with a 20-metre swimming pool on the roof too.
Omniyat revealed the build had to be adjusted at a late stage to include an unnamed buyer's unique request.
The future tenant of one of the project's elusive three penthouses asked that the swimming pool be included on the roof so he could include his morning laps routine.
Due for completion in 2018, for now we can but whet our appetites with a glimpse of the tower's completed apartments. And keep cramming those dirhams in our piggy banks.
